Who We Are

Debbie Kinghorn, Managing Director of Ashbridge Solutions, leverages her 20+ years’ experience in operations & communications management alongside her 15+ years of NLP therapy and coaching to support corporate professionals create and maintain a long term, rewarding career path.  Having worked in large corporate organisations (predominantly software and healthcare), Debbie gained real insight and first hand experience of organisational change, leadership development and the challenges faced by managers in balancing the demands of home life and childcare.

Debbie’s coaching style centres around the whole self, embedding self-belief, confidence, and resilience so that her clients can flourish both at work and at home.

Debbie believes that developing congruent self-belief provides the foundation for becoming the best versions of ourselves both at work and at home.  Her style of coaching is honest and direct – providing lasting tools and techniques to support leaders to comfortably face challenges both at home and in the office. 

Debbie built on her psychology degree to become a Master Practitioner of NLP, as well as a senior practitioner of NLP coaching with adults and children.  She is an accredited member of the ANLP (The Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming).   Debbie is also a qualified Empowering Learning coach (Neurodiversity), specialising with children and young adults.   The work she has carried out in this area has supported many parents to understand and develop effective communication and processing styles to support their family members.
